Vineyards on the steep slopes of Mount Aenos, cooled by the sea breeze and the black pine forest just above. They are planted with 60-year-old vines, ungrafted on limestone soils.
Lemon-lime, unripe pear and marjoram, honey and apricot jam. Sharp acidity, oily and richness in a fierce, dynamic mouthfeel.
Light in colour with almost white hues, and a cool and fresh nose, with refreshing aromas of white flowers, citrusy notes, lime zest, tea leaves and tarragon. Medium-bodied, with impressive acidity and a long finish.
Medium red with soft garnet red highlights. Aromas of figs, cherry jam, dried herbs, coriander, tea leaves, mocha and leather notes. The palate is gentle, with velvety tannins and pronounced acidity, with fruit flavours and hints of nuts lingering on the finish.
Crisp and mineral-based, it has notes of lemon, a slight nuttiness, as well as yellow fruits, herbs and a strong presence of floral aromas.
A fresh, complex wine with sour cherry and spicy flavours, velvety tannins and a long aftertaste. The wine is matured in small French oak barrels for 12 months.
